My wife and I loved it.

Room was very spacious and clean, with modern decor. Bed large and comfortable, and had a great nights sleep.Breakfast may not suit some western visitors, but the selection was vast and plentiful. More than happy with our poached eggs and toast, which were excellently cooked to order. ALL of the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant staff from waitresses and chefs were absolute stars. Close to all major routes and Malls. If travelling to Muscat you always need a car to travel around even if the Malls appear to be within walking distance. Parking was easy and plentiful. Roof top pool was lovely.

One minor issue, would be to just dust the inside of the wardobes once a month maybe, as dust does accumulate on the shelves and hanging rails

Good comfort & value for money

The hotel offers very good value for money. The personel at the reception was very kind and helpful. They offered an upgrade and the suite was great, with all facilities and very important, with a balcony. The breakfast was varied and tasty and the basement parking was a real gem. Good location as well.

Some areas of the suite require more attentive cleaning.

Clean place, conveniently located. Not too expensive for Muscat (other options are usually more expensive) Staff is nice and helpful

Having to wait for the room to be ready 2h after check-in time is a bit of a bummer, to say the least. Breakfast is not the best, yet I wouldn't blame it on the hotel: some higher-end hotels do not meet the international standards either

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly

Location is very bad. Elevators always break down. Fridge was not working, actually it was very hot!! Thet replaced it, the new one was the same problem, it spoiled our food. AC was very weak

Best deal in Muscat

The crew really liked the location because it was close to the malls, close to the airport, and had easy access to everything we needed. We were upgrade to a Deluxe Suite which was fantastic and the rooftop pool was great with a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was filling and delicious and started the day off right. The WiFi was really strong and I was able to take care of my studies while in holiday. The Al Ameen Mosque is just down the street so if you want to pray you can but the windows are thick so you don't hear the Adan.

The only issue was that sometimes there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming in my room from another room.

Brand New Grandly done hotel

Staff behaviour and attitude was very good and polite especially Shabaz from front desk and Anand who helped us so kindly during check in and helped with charger plugs. All other staff used to greet with smiles and tried their best at being helpful. The hotel is brand new and grandly done. The heated pool was the best part of our stay with the lovely rooftop views. All pictures were exactly as shown. Ample parking outside and basement parking too. 2 good restaurants outside hotel. They also used to keep a small pastry for us in the room, since it was our 9th wedding anniversary. I even met Mr. Badar- PR Manager who was very good to speak to. I hope they can maintain and keep up the place.

The staff and place have to be more tightly run. There was a smell on our floor-2nd floor, then a plumbing issue in our suite room 214- all of which got fixed. Then the food at breakfast used to run out but we had to tell the staff to replenish, small things like this. No pool towels in bin, just small operational issues. Hotel seemed short staffed.

The property is amazingly built, well area utilized...

The property is amazingly built, well area utilized construction, they have provided everything they could at the space available. Worth for the money we paid. Staffs were also very attentive and pleasing. Rooms are all really soothing. We took 3 room. And the breakfast was also delicious and they have got good varities. And the rooftop pool were amazing with great views. I would highly recommend for anyone just looking for a relaxation in muscat itself.

The surroundings of the hotel doesn’t make up your holiday mood but once we are in then it’s all sooooothing!

Amenities and facilities.

During check-in there was no welcome, no smile, no hospitality gesture in reception staff. Staff face was serious. Morning breakfast staff was very stiff in face. No good morning greetings to guests. Even water was not served to table. However good is the amenities, facilities in Hotel, Staff behavior is most important and needs to be improved.

Fully recommend!

Hotel is new, all is super clean and fancy. Breakfasts were delicious with the whole variety of hot dishes, salads and cheese. The staff was very friendly and welcome. Also the room was very comfy with huge bed, all needed facilities were there like hairdryer, etc and even iron with ironing board and scale! Fully recommend!

The location is only fine if you have the car, otherwise it's far away from most of the attractions. However for us it wasn't an issue. Something to be improved: food is excellent but coffee machine would be more than welcome (not just nescafe) :)
